ALSO I just wanted to say that I have so much respect for you being so civil when I'm throwing shade at one of your guys. You are such a good person and I'm glad I managed somehow not to piss you off because you're lovely and I really don't want to do that. I strive for 'hate the sin love the sinner' but I'm a crappy person.
Oh my god, I kept thinking the exact same thing about you ever since you followed me - how do you put up with me? You’re so smart and opinionated and sometimes I fear you’ll roll your eyes at what I’m posting and I keep checking if you still follow me embarrassingly often because I can’t quite believe it. :D
I don’t think you were disrespectful in any way, shape or form. You’re stating facts. I’m well aware that Rafa’s a bit like a big 3-year-old - always testing just how much he can get away with.My reaction is mostly like that of a loving grandma who caught her grandson with his hand in the cookie jar, but I completely understand that obviously that’s different for some people.
There’s no point in denying and there’s no point in getting defensive or rude about it. It would only make me a hypocrite and end up with me not being credible if I actually have to make a stand for one of my faves when they really are wrongly accused of something.
Personally, I can loathe a players on-court demeanor while still thinking they’re a pretty neat person off the court, that tends to get confusing (I’d probably need someone to hypnotise and/or psychoanalyse me to find out how I really feel about Novak Djokovic at this point… 😂).
So all in all, no harm done, I think you’re great and I’m really glad to finally talk to you! :D
