One year ago I thought that this would be a quick 2-to-3 week isolation.. one year later, we're getting vaccinated! I personally didn't think that we would go through this so long, but here we are. . . I miss dressing up and going to places like #cogsexpo, #dragconnyc , or #Teslacon . I miss judging balls for the #HouseOfSonique . I miss dancing on gay bar rooftops to the glorious music 🎶. I miss it all. I do, however, see a light at the end of the tunnel, and I hope that we will re-emerge as the human species that we are, and, while we're out, we end systemic racism, homophobia, transphobia, misogyny, ageism, ableism, and body shaming, among others.. . .
