How does paypal work?
Heya, I asked this on deviantart but didn't get an answer yet, so I decided I should ask here too, I'm gonna copy-paste from the journal I posted; "Hello watchers. I had a talk with my social worker today who said that since doing commissions would mean I am RECEIVING money and not spending it, that I could start doing that. She and my educator won't be able to help me with it though as that's not in their line of work and they don't know how that works SO. At the moment, I would not spend money on anything here (since y'know, that would mean I have to budget that) BUT I could open commissions. (And will put a price on my ARPG creatures' slots as well whee.) And thus I wanted to ask you guys who have Paypal. One of the questions my social worker asked is if I need to pay paypal whether or not I receive money and well, things like that. I need to know things before I open an account. So, How does it work?"
