How I learnt to read Hangul:

I found this post on Pinterest and made notes from it. And boom-da-du-bing I learnt how to read Hangul. Obviously that’s just the beginning, but yeah.

Thought I’d add that: when I first went through this post I thought I had completely learnt korean! I thought oh yeah I see 뱃맨 = batman - wait surely I can just translate every word! ... I was disappointed to find out it wasn’t that easy! Learning vocab is hard ㅠ_ㅠ

This is how I learnt to remember the pronunciation for days of the week in Japanese; 'Nichi gets a car, the sumo king is dope' For those of you who don't know Japanese; Nichi = Nichiyoubi (日曜日), Sunday Gets a = Getsuyoubi (月曜日), Monday Car = Kayoubi (火曜日), Tuesday Su... = Suiyoubi (水曜日) Wednesday ...mo = Mokuyoubi (木曜日) Thursday King = Kinyoubi (金曜日) Friday Dope = Doyoubi (土曜日) Saturday (Btw, I was told to remember it this way by a teacher)
