Believe it or not, the objects I can create are all an illusion. It's an advanced form of hypnotism. I can create just about anythin' so long as I can fully picture the object in my mind as well as bein' able to make the target feel, taste, or smell it. I essentially trick the target's mind into believing what they are seeing (hearing, feeling, tasting, etc.) is real.

Flowers, chocolate, fire, anythin'. My limit is my imagination and level of energy. It takes a lot of focus and can get really tiring.

Hypnosis can be incredibly difficult for a vampire to master, some vampires don't even have the ability at all (like my own sire, haha). But bein' over 1600 years old, I've had plenty of time to practice.

So, basically... there is no way to guarantee your post will show in the tags because the algorithm might decide it just shouldn't be there. It might show up eventually, or it might never show up at all. 🤷‍♀️

How do my rec lists work?

For those of you that are new here this is how my weekly rec lists work. 

98% of what I read is reader inserts. Those all fall into fandom and then character. The only ones that go under fandom are characters that I specifically follow, i.e. Jim Kirk, Bones McCoy, Steve Rogers, Tony DiNozzo, etc.

If your story ended up in a Misc. Fandom. Its because I a) dont read that character generally (Bucky Barnes has been doing this lately with cuteness and being a dad), b) its an oc (original character) c) I don’t have enough of a fandom to constitute its own category.

If a character is not under their fandom they fell into a trope. And I love tropes. Hence my URL. So those are special and get their own categories.

Sometimes we get lucky and I will have enough stories of a particular actor and his characters to get his own list. This has happened with Karl Urban and Chris Evans got his own header. 

And yes sometimes the same author will appear multiple times. I follow them. I love their stories. If you arent on the list it means I haven’t found you yet or I had a hard time reading the story or it was an imagine (which tend to be less than 500 words) and not a one-shot (which is my preferred reading). For the most part I add everything I read. And like @kaitymccoy123 pointed out once. I READ A LOT!!!!  I rarely don’t add a story. 

You are welcome to tag me in your stories. But I would prefer just stories of people I follow. I don’t follow everyone in a fandom. You can see who I follow and read here. You are also welcome to recommend someone. I will post their master list one time on the weekly reading list.

People always ask what is a long distance relationship,...

....how do they work, do they ever last and that they're difficult.

True long distance is difficult but so is every relationship.

It's a risk that everyone takes when they say words like "Will you be my girlfriend/boyfriend."

But the truth is long distance is something than can be greater than having someone that lives in the same city as you.

Long distance is a comitment where the two of you might only see each other maybe once every six months or sometimes not even at all until one day you two find a way to meet.

It's trust and love that may preval in long distance.

As long as if you keep your head up and believe in that you two can make it then one day both of your lives will collide and join as one.

It's the will of love in the ones who care for each other that keeps them going on one day at a time.

Not everyone that they look for in someone is near by, that is why it's okay to be with someone even though you may not even see them to often other than behind a monitor or hear there voice from phone call away.

No matter what people may say about long distance, it's still something real in a relationship.

It just might take a little time in between before you two meet, but when you do its as if magic has struck.
