Baby's night sleep is sometimes good, like she gets 4-5hour of sleep. Her day naps, however, can be improved... a lot.
Now i started reading this book: How babies sleep and it that the following quote:
"I'm so tired, i keep forgetting things"
Which immediately made me think of mom fog brain.
I think the core of mom fog brain is the sleep deprivation that comes with being a parent that "works" the night shift ... and any shift for that matter.
