I'm 115 pounds but i want to be 100, how can i manage that? Please help!
This may help you get started. It's a step-by-step guide to losing weight. In addition, I have some exercises here (#10-12) and food suggestions here.
Basically, just try to exercise an hour a day (at least -- 2 is better if possible) and try to eat between 800 and 1200 calories a day, preferably healthy foods. For example: If an apple = 100 calories and so does a bag of popcorn, you should still chose the apple over the popcorn because despite the fact that their calorie counts may be equivalent, their nutritional value is not equivalent and the apple is much healthier. The apple would aid in weightloss while the popcorn would set you back on your weightloss journey.
If you're desperate to get this done quickly, however, then fasting for one full week on nothing but water would help you achieve that goal (or maybe a few pounds away); however, this is unhealthy. You may also chose to pursue the Every Other Day Plan, which could help you lose the 15 lbs in 2--3 weeks only. This plan is pretty healthy, and fairly easy to do once you get the hang of it. I highly recommend it.
