My garden pumpkin update. The main vine is producing female blooms; I hand pollinated the one pictured above and I hope it’s a success! I had pollinated another that is unfortunately now shriveled and ready to fall off. I also have some powdery mildew (leaves also pictured above) on a few of the oldest leaves and stem but I’ve since removed those leaves and sprayed the remaining leaves and stems with an oil/dish soap mixture to prevent further powdery mildew spread. I’m holding out hope for at least on strong pumpkin from this plant!
