The first time I saw my poster printed in all its glory, I wanted to hug it, but I had to wait till I got home because "Fed Ex does not consider that to be an acceptable activity in their stores." All kidding aside, this research was tough... From fractured slides to crashed hard drives to being completely inept at scientific writing, it's safe to say that these turtles ran me through the ringer. BUT I've learned SO much and I'd absolutely do it all again (in fact I still have to finish about 15 more slides but we're not gonna talk about that!) The point is... the past year and 9 months has produced a BEAUTIFUL poster and I'm going to take tonight to celebrate that!!
