Self love is an ongoing process. There's always something new to learn. . I've always known I'm "not like other girls". I don't love to do make up - we're lucky I can do what I can. I can only do a couple things with my hair. I hate shopping. The list goes on. . Recently I was getting ready for a wedding in a house with other women. They were all throwing around names of makeup up brands. Had their makeup mirrors. Asking if things look "too matte" - I still don't know what this means. 🤷🏼♀️ . I always felt left out, different, weird, ugly, you name it. . Since starting this journey and working on me, I have realized that those things don't matter to me and THAT'S OKAY.
