   At first, he does show fear; that dark muzzle lifts, baring little teeth and fur lifting just enough to show his real attitude...and it’s not as threatening as it could be. Even those little ears of his lay back, eyes wary of what the bigger wolf could do...

   Yet the other lies down instead, and it’s that movement that makes the pup freeze in his place. ...Huh? The other...isn’t going to attack? Isn’t that what bigger creatures do?      The pecking order, to his understanding, has been thrown out of balance in that one move and the dark pup doesn’t quite know what to think of it all.

   Curious, the pup carefully walked over, ears perked and every step cautious, as if still waiting for the moment Kuro would jolt up and attempt to tear the pup apart. Yet no matter how many times he paused or waited for the worst... Nothing happened.       It’d even reach right up to when the dark sun was in front of Kuro’s paws, glancing down at them, then back at the elder wolf. Leaning down, eyes on the other wolf the whole time (aside from small glances down), and sniffed at his paws.

   ...Smelt a little odd, but rather harmless. So...a friend, then? Whatever that meant to a puppy like him.

   How long had it been since Amaterasu had seen Kotaro...? It felt like only a few or two, but the goddess knew better than to assume such things; knowing her, it’d likely already been a month or more. Considering that she liked being a better parent than a certain other (read: her own father), it seemed high time, then, that she’d bring something with her and go to see him.

   Of course, it ended up being a bunch of food (and a few sweets), but who could complain about such a useful and delicious gift?

   “Koootaroooooo~!!!” The second she saw him, the call went out, waving her arm about so he’d notice her quicker. Strong as she was, Ammy was also known for being lazy since her trip to the mortal plains...and damn, she felt pretty lazy by the time she’d found him.    “I brought food!”

Another day, another will be passing by peaceful. Usually. It’s weird that Oda is not making a move. Yet. The lord and his retainers might be discussing in what they’re about to do next during their campaign for conquest. Not that the Demons of Oda would care. As long as they get paid and live in comfort while following the Devil King’s orders, that’s all that these two need. 

But for Goa Kage Da Naga, it was becoming boring to relax all day. The masked youth looks over to his comrade whose standing guard; Tae Kouki Seon. Always standby with that blank look on her face. If she was on the field, she would annihilate the enemy without a problem. Brutal and swift. He, on the other hand, prefers playing with his prey before bringing the blade down. 

And so, the phantom just lazing around on the tree branch above where Tae is by the castle’s entrance. Moments later of peace and quiet, Kage begins to sense something. Hm? Guests? Or spies? Oh,oh...finally something different today. 

“Tae! I’m going to check something over there. Alright?”

“Hm? Okay...” The monotone girl responded as Kage disappears into the shadows. Stepping into the woods and on the branches of the tree, the snake emits out his presence to those in hiding.

“You know~! It’s very rude to stand there near the entrance. Why won’t you introduce yourself??” The masked phantom replied calmly as he was smirking under that mask.
