i don't know if you have this in Finland but at least in Sweden, it's possible for a doctor to prescribe you exercise (not just for physical reasons but also for depression, if you ask for it), and then it'll be paid for the same way any health care is paid for so it's a LOT more affordable. when I last looked at what was offered here, they both had yoga and gym memberships

For breakfast i like to do oatmeal and then put a whole sliced banana in it, some frozen blueberries, a little bit of honey, and eat it with milk. Really simple, pretty cheap, but feels super fancy

Yeah that does sound nice! I should just try some different oatmeal types, it would probably be nice to switch it up anyway

ahh ive done those too, it’s so annoying tbh? ive had appts with my endo that have been like that, when it’s been things she might as well have been able to tell me on the phone : P at least with surgery consultations you understand the need to meet in person haha

Literally could have been done over skype though, it wasn't a consultation, it was a referral so now they are referring me to the surgeon. 10 mins of "how is your life? what are you doing now? who do you want it with? why? this is major surgery have you considered the consequences?" etc. like actually ridiculous. And then after he was like sooo then you'll be discharged after this right? ... wait what? so yeah. I mean with bloods it's sensitive info, so maybe they have to do it that way for data protection, however it's really ridiculous.
