Being visible on social media means that you have to constantly attract your target audience’s attention. You should be able to engage them with compelling posts, and one of the best types of content today is video. Since humans are more attracted to visuals, videos are better than content that is purely text. According to Google’s latest research, 55% of consumers use online videos for their shopping research. This then proves that video marketing is one of the best ways to reach your customers.

HOW TO TURN GOALS INTO HABIT
"A habit is a routine of behavior that is repeated regularly and tends to occur unconsciously." - Wikipedia
Since it is a repetitive behavior of our unconscious mind it can be used in a way that can help us accomplish some of our big goals that requires repetitive actions smoothly.
Your goal can be to have a healthy strong body. My goal can be to drink enough water through out the day. These goals requires constant efforts and repetitive action. But we usually forget, procrastinate and there are other bundle of excuses that our conscious mind make. And just imagine, if we can find a way, that won't let our conscious mind to interfere, life would be much easier. Isn't it? It can happen if we know how to turn our goals into habits and fit them in our unconscious mind instead of conscious mind.
These are the seven steps I follow to feed my goals as habits into my unconscious mind.
1. MAKE A HABIT LIST
The first step is to write down the list of habits you want to learn for a year. Make a detailed action plan for it. For example, If you want to make a habit of working out, decide the number of days and minutes you will be working out. Make your goal quantitative.
Note : The list should not more than six habits a year; It can be less but not more than six habits per year.
2. SET REALISTIC GOALS
While setting a goal be realistic. Don't make goals so difficult that it will be impossible for you to accomplish it. Set small goals and easy goals first and gradually increase them. For example, If you have not last worked out for months then don't make your goal to workout for an hour and for six days a week.
Note : Start with easy and small goals and gradually increase the difficulty level of your goals.
3. ONE HABIT EVERY TWO MONTHS
This point is very important if you want to accomplish your goals seamlessly. Select any one of the goals which you want to turn into habit and repeat only that one habit for two months. No matter how appealing is it to do more than one habit stick to only one habit.
Note : Simplicity and the easy of doing only one habit is the actual challenge here.
5. CREATE A TRIGGER POINT
Trigger point makes any work a habit if set right. When you have a trigger point it is quite easy to accomplish any work or goal without forgetting it. The trigger point becomes a reminder for unconscious mind. For example, you brush regularly. Use that as a trigger point to remind to workout as soon as you finish brushing.
Note : Set that activity as your trigger point which you always do without failure. It can be the most simple thing.
4. TRACK PROGRESS AND SHARE IT
Tracking progress is very important as it helps to see if you are moving in the right direction. If it is other wise, it will remind you of the gap between what you wanted and your actual performance which in turn will instantly get you back in to track. Also the number of complete streak you did will motivate you to do better. Sharing and challenging your friend is another great thing to do. It will keep the pressure on you to do you best.
Note : Use a tracking software or diary and share it with friends and people you challenged. I am currently personally using and testing Rewire for tracking my progress.
6. REMIND YOURSELF WHY YOU WANT TO DO IT.
When ever you procrastinate, remind yourself why you want to make it a habit and how it is going to help you. When you win the war with procrastination you feel a lot better about yourself.
Note : Procrastination is going to be your enemy; so watch out!
7.GET BACK ON TRACK QUICKLY
There may be time when you cannot stick to your goal for some reason or another but try your best to get back on track as soon as possible. The more you delay the more procrastination you have to deal with and the slower you are going to develop it into habit.
Note : Instead of starting it over once again, get back on the track where you left it and accomplish it.
P.S. This seven step process is working really well for me. I hope it might work for you people as well. Try it and comment below to let me know how it turned out for you. Also, Don't forget to like and share it with your friends and family.
Have a wonderful day :D
