How to do a backflip in 5 easy steps! 1. Lay down and shoot into a tucked candlestick. 2. Do that same motion, but jumping onto a pad at shoulder height. 3. Imagine the pads behind you, but instead do the flip into the pit. 4. Do the backflip off of a raised surface (working from 2 ft and down) 5. Give it a go on the floor! If one step isn't working, go back and do the previous step until you have that down. 6.
