Today’s recipe is easy-to-prepare and very tasty. I cook it when I’m in rush as it requires only 40 minutes in total. HOW TO COOK PASTA

1. Pick out your pasta

2. Pick out a good size pot to cook your pasta in. *determine pot size by how much pasta you're cooking.

3. Fill up a pot with water about 1/2-2/3 of the way

4. Turn the stove on "high". *make sure the size of your pot is roughly the same size as the burner you're using.

5. Boil the water. *WAIT until water has come to a rolling boil before adding pasta. 

6. Add your pasta. 

7. Check pasta every 1-2 minutes. Stir. Don't forget to stir, or it will stick to the bottom of your pot.

8. After about 10 minutes, test a piece of pasta. NOTE: You should bite into it; too hard, needs more time. Pieces of it are still white, needs more time. Pasta chewy but firm, you're ready to strain.

9. Strain your entire pot of pasta. *Don't forget to turn your burner OFF.

10. Shake out the excess water from the strainer. NOTE: THE WATER WILL BE VERY HOT AND THERE WILL BE A LOT OF STEAM. BE CAREFUL.

11. Put pasta back in original pot and add butter or margarine to moisten pasta. 

12. ENJOY :D
