Chum chum recipe
This recipe is similar to the rasagulla filled with khoya or mawa. Making rasagulla is always tricky. Use full fat milk to get better results preferably cow’s milk. If the paneer has too much moisture then it will disintegrate in the sugar syrup. If it is dry then the rasagulla will be hard. When you drop the rasagullas in the sugar syrup it should be boiling. 10-12 minutes of cooking is fine.…
