out of the few remaining pokemon of team magma, hoya might be one of the scariest

sometimes he’s on the computer or using the lab equipment, and other times he’ll ask me to make little mountains and islands with dirt for some dirt and water experiment... i tried asking him once, but i didn’t understand anything he was talking about...

after team magma disbanded, none of the human researchers remained. hoya is the only one left who continues their work, but obi finds him unapproachable.
