Serious question.
In Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, Lupin tells Harry that if a wizard is stuck around dementors for too long they're supposed to eventually start losing their magic. Is this addressed again later, when the big break out happens in Order of the Phoenix? Because to my memory, those who escaped all had their magic still.
