I headcannon that Harry, in all his years working at the ministry, never went down to the Department of Mysteries. Ever. He flat out refused to even go to that floor or the courtrooms below. He wanted nothing to do with that place, not ever again. Even though he had healed and come a long way since Sirius’ death, it was still too painful of a reminder. The memories to intense even after all these years.
