To answer your question, William will usually be the one that is serious (not exactly sensible) and composed, he'll rarely use slang and feels the need to correct anyone who uses wrong grammar.
As a result, that's one of the things Rayna loves to tease him about. The fact he's so 'proper'. Somewhere along the way she picked up the nickname 'Will', which he obviously hates. So she's more like the character that isn't afraid to mess around.
Rowen is the light of the room (accidental @light-of-the-room reference 😭 ) and he's always ready to brighten up your day, he's a real sweetheart which kinda of softens up Rayna and William but also irritates them immensely.
Overall, sometimes Rayna and William can clash, but Rowen is kind of the glue that holds them together, and they love eachother like siblings. I think what truly brings them together is their inability to be normal 😭😭😭
If you were to walk into a room with all three of them in it, I think you would probably see Rowen holding William back from lunging at Rayna, while she's just laughing her ass off 😭 he's a very short tempered man :')
