I'd like to say that there's something in The Beyond that justifies it that I don't know about (since I don't follow the story anymore)... but I honestly doubt it.

I don't know how. Did they address Olivia's feelings for Duncan at last? Or do they continue to ignore Duncan's existence overall (as I suspect)?

This entire plotline is so bad, it's almost funny.

Honestly, she's not bad at all. They didn't proportion her face quite right, but the look is not disagreeable, though they could've been more creative.
