Hello everyone, I'm Ari and welcome to my blog! Just a tired and stressed artist in her 20s from a tiny island called Guam (￣┰￣*) I started drawing when I was in middle school back in 2010, and has improved since then ✪ ω ✪ I draw mostly in my pass time, and I mainly draw my own original characters as well as my fanmade characters. I have a project I am currently working on called, Azure Bloom. Don’t ask about it, it’s still in the works ಠ_ಠ
Besides drawing, I also play games a little! I’m not very good at it, but I still enjoy it. I mainly played games such as Koei Tecmo's Musou games: Dynasty Warriors, Samurai Warriors and Warriors Orochi. Other games I liked to play are Genshin Impact, Honkai Impact 3rd, Bleach Brave Souls, Harry Potter Hogwarts Mystery, Tekken, Mortal Kombat, Harvest Town and Palia.

Galavira is a noblewoman and the second eldest Seraphine sibling. Her magic attribute is sound, and she is part of the Blue Rose squad.
As stated in her card, she likes music. Galavira is skilled in the piano, something she actually learned from her brother, Ilyas. Being a sound mage, her spells take on the form of wind and string instruments. One thing she likes to use her magic for, playing a theme song when she’s about to make a dramatic entrance or exit. Sometimes she’ll even do it for Charlotte just to mess with her. And speaking of messing with people, she loves to annoy other nobles. They’re just so uptight it’s hard not to mess with them. Especially Nozel because she’s high key crushing on the guy. She’s not gonna be shy about it too. Unlike her squad mates, Galavira is open about her feelings. Her squad mates saying all that crap about all men being lowly animals? Not her, can’t relate. She adores her squad, but she does not share the mentality.
The tale she’s inspired by is The Nightingale. The Nightingale is a fairy tale set during Imperial China. When the Emperor discovers that the most beautiful sound in all his kingdom is a small bird he summons it to court. The nightingale enchants everyone with its song until the Emperor is given a jewelled mechanical bird that can sing on command and the court praises the artificial bird, having it sing nonstop. The real nightingale flies away and years later when the Emperor lies dying, it is the living bird’s song that saves him.
How Galavira is represented by The Nightingale: She represents the bird, and despite having sound magic, Galavira plays her music from the heart. She refuses to be owned or commanded and chooses freely when and where she plays. The mechanical bird represents the shallow praise or comments she sometimes receives from some nobles compared to the genuine feelings from others.

The cosplay group I am part of, Ground Zero (GZTV), is planning to travel to the Philippines for a few events in December, so I am trying to raise some funds to help cover the costs for the trip.
Please read through my Terms of Service as well as the whole post here before reaching out to commission. It is important that you understand my general rules and what I will and will not do.

General Information
-By commissioning me, you hereby acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined in my Terms of Service.
-Commissioned artworks are for personal use only.
-My work will take up to a couple weeks to a month. I’m a slow artist, I try not to rush with my work to ensure the commissioned illustration is worth the price the client has paid. Please only commission me if you are patient.
-Please let me know if there's a deadline. Commissions with a deadline will be prioritized.
-No cancellations after one week of agreement and payment.
-A rough draft sketch will be sent for approval before moving on to the next stage of the commission. This is where you can request changes such as posing, marking errors, etc.
-No more major adjustments after the rough draft phase. After that, minor changes can only be made such as color corrections or missing details.
-You will receive an email of your commission files in png (the file of the finished commission, the file with a transparent background, any other files in relation to the type of commission).
-Altering of the commissioned artwork; removing my watermark, drawing over it; is prohibited
-Uploading the artwork into AI is prohibited.
Payment Information
-Payment is made through PayPal.
-Currency accepted is mainly USD but PayPal can convert if necessary.
-I will send you an invoice for the payment.
-Half payment must be made after the commission has been accepted.
-Second half must be made AFTER the rough draft has been approved by the client.
Reference Information
-I do not draw based on descriptions alone, so please have some references on hand.
-Please provide CLEAR images of the references.
-Pose references are also helpful and appreciated.
-Please be as clear and specific in your request. Be sure to specify any other information that may be needed.

Inkstyle Sketch
An ink styled drawing done digitally. Drawing can take up to three hours. Color choices can be in black and white or add some color.

A fully colored drawing with lineart. Complete with full shading, heavy details and effects. Can take up to four to seven hours or even longer.

Chibi
A simple drawing of characters in a chibi style. The client can choose between the more simplified chibi style or the one with a little more details. Chibi illustrations will take up to two to four hours.

Character Illustrations
A visual illustration or sprite of a character and their design. Will be a full body drawing and completely rendered. Will only do one character with a simple background or none. These illustrations will take up to three to five hours depending on the character's design.
Full Body: $35
Fully Rendered No Lineart
Fully rendered illustrations in a semi anime/semi realistic style that have minimal to no lineart. These illustrations take six to ten hours or even longer depending on the complexity and detail of the artwork.

Additional Character: +15% (1+ character max)
Background Complexity: +25% - 50%

Three types of references are offered. There is no set price. Prices can be negotiated. The references will take up to four to seven hours or more depending on the character’s design.

A simple reference showing the front and back view of the character's design. Will be in flat colors only.
Character Profile
A fully colored design of the character along with a few of their basic information and a simple icon.
Front/Back +Render
Front/back view in flat colors along with a full colored design. Some accessories and color palettes will be included as well.

I went ahead and made the templates for this instead of working on my other OCs' info cards. The reference is from Black Clover Mobile. It was a fun game till the servers went down .°(ಗдಗ。)°.
There’s one for each squad as well as for the general OCs that aren’t part of any squad, but it’s only for the Clover Kingdom. I don’t know if I’ll make one for the other regions and groups just yet. If there’s interest for any of them, maybe I’ll make one.
Took some creative liberty with the colors and for the font I just went with whatever looked closer to the official one. The font I used for the information text is Alice Regular. And the hex code for the name part is #311311.
Looking at it now, I should have added a border or outline to the Silver Eagle and Aqua Deer icons because they’re kind of hard to see over the gray background. And I know the Black Bulls has yellow in the icon but I went with the color scheme used for Yami's card. Changed it though to a less saturated purple so it didn’t look similar to the Purple Orca one.
Oh for the small font that says Squad Name above the character name, I was planning to just put the squad names for them… but then I was also thinking people can just replace that with their OC's magic attribute or a title they have. Like Ilyas Card Info for example, I could have put Titanium Magic or The Titanium Knight instead. But nope, I thought about it at the very last minute (´°̥̥̥̥̥̥̥̥ω°̥̥̥̥̥̥̥̥｀)
Also for the Last Name, if your OC doesn’t have one then you can just ignore that. In fact, you’re free to change things around or add stuff if you’d like. I just left the basics of what the official one had to offer.
All the templates are available for use in my Collabs and Templates folder on Drive. The templates were uploaded individually as PNGs as well as the main PSD file with everything in it.

Made this using the character profiles that were released for BCM Rise of the Wizard King. I thought they were cool, so I went ahead and made one for my Golden Dawn OC, Ilyas. I’ll be working on one for my other characters as well, and probably make a few templates available for free use.

I’m alive! I’m currently making use of my friend's wife since the power at my place is still out (´°̥̥̥̥̥̥̥̥ω°̥̥̥̥̥̥̥̥｀)
I was productive during the storm and I finished the redrawing of Gracia from Samurai Warriors! 2018 was the time I did not like drawing backgrounds. I would avoid it most of the time and just used whatever picture or material Ibispaint had to offer. Backgrounds are still not my favorite part to work on but I at least made one this time!
It is that time of the year where Guam is getting hit with another typhoon, and not just any typhoon a super typhoon 😭
From the looks of things, Guam most likely will get a direct hit from it so family has been prepping for it.
Please just know that if I go inactive, it's not by choice. The power will most likely be out for some time because of Typhoon Bavi.
Cant believe it though, three big storms in the span of a few years. First Mawar, making huge damage to our house. Then Sinlaku mostly putting a dent in our garage roof. And now Bavi...
Anyways, we're finishing up the bigger things that need to be secured and we'll deal with the smaller prep tomorrow.

some update on OHE (this sounds so goofy when said out loud)
The prologue script, art/cg is done! What left is coding the rest. I'll work on OHE every weekends cuz weekdays is for commission only.
If my moots are interested on testing/early access on the prolog, lmk! I already made a server to share the game. (Selective moots tho, those who I know and is a legit adult.)
While OHE prologue and early chapters will take place on HighSchool, the upcoming chapters will have a timeskip and be take place in college/work. The game it self will be categorized as 18+ but not in the freaky sexual way. OHE will never touch the sexual themes.
