*** The Hogwarts Express Date Ending — Merula Snyde Spoilers ***
So I finished this yesterday but I just remembered I literally have a whole tumblr account dedicated to my favorite mean girl ❤️.
Just to note I’m sure this is a triggered adventure that happens in 5th year, not just seasonal (just what I’ve heard a few times I could be wrong). I’m in 7th year though and caught up with the story so I’m seeing it from this perspective but omg its so cute and confirms my babies are together!!

Are you screaming? Because I am. Merula says it like a question but she still says it and MC doesn’t deny it! So as of year 5 when the route is triggered you’re dating Merula, at least she sees it that way.
I love a tsundere, shes so cute I die for moments like these where Merula is just like “I like being around you but don’t go thinking I like you or anything even if we’re kinda dating.” Why am I in love with these types? idk but I’m not complaining.
Yes, yes Merula. Only you would grab MC hand and push through a crowd of people to help her out, while saying “Don’t let go of my hand or you’ll get left behind/lost.”

The shoulder lean! The wholesomeness. Her whole dialogue here was so cute. I admit I wished I seen more of her throughout the storyline of this adventure, but this was so sweet and the dating confirmation made me so happy. I’m so happy I caught that screenshot because it was like BOOM
Anyway, this was just literally like the last of the adventure my favorite part besides the beginning where Merula grabs MC and bulldozes her way through the crowd of fans 😆. I hope this made you smile and maybe if you forgot to document yours you can look here and go ‘awwww’ once again lol.
It's finally done!! I actually finished the template the day/night I started on it. But I just wanted to make another DieRuca drawing, because I haven't done one in a while. So I drew one for this template.
Also because you know the simple idle pose in this was so boring. I was thinking that the pose for the couple can change depending on the level the romance is. Like level 1 to 2 can have the couple standing all shy or possibly giddy because it's the start of their relationship. Level 5 and higher can have the couple stand at a more romantic mode, like they're in a loving embrace.
I did want to draw another pose for DieRuca, but I wasn't up to it 😅
I made two versions for the level reward one with and without the final reward. I remember reading some time ago on headcanons for what it would be like if Diego was a romantic partner. One of it said that Diego will lend his jacket but never his scarf. His friendship reward is his jacket so I decided to make his romance reward be a scarf (￣∇￣)
My personal head canon for this is because he’s tired of Veruca stealing his jacket/scarf, he ends up giving her his own while he gets a new set for himself.
Anyways, templates are done. You can get the files or blank images in my HPHM Collab Folder. It's in the Friendship Templates subfolder. The assets in that folder also holds the png icons for the energy, gem and notebooks.

So confirmation that the Merula x MC side exclusivity side quest "On the same page" will not be added to the Memory Book.
So when you do it, SCREEN RECORD. My hphm videos got wiped last week and yep I hella cried, it was kinda pathetic lol. At least I still got screencaps. Hopefully it does get considered for future updates. You work hard enough to get there.
Also, fyi the Madam Puddifoot date option will not be available until you hit year 6. I was in year 5 thinking there was an error. Turns out I can't read.
