“CHI!” A loud shriek boomed from the petite woman, running across the road in the middle of traffic, without a care in the world for the traffic having to stop around her, Harley threw her arms around the man, squeezing him tightly.

The horn blared from the vehicle before her as it pummled into the blondes body.  Crushing into the front bumper and window she slid down to the floor, head banging against the hard, wet road.  “Fuck....” She groaned, holding onto her cut head.  Harleen didn’t know what had come over her, why had she felt the sudden urge and run over, pushing the gentleman out of the way.  It certainly didn’t seem like he anticipated it. Her glasses had fallen off, more than likely broken, but was the last of the Doctor’s concerns right now.

“What the fuck lady?!” The angered driver opened his car door, blocking the road as he shouted at her laying in his way.

"That’s life, baby.” Harley laughed, hand on his shoulder as she looked over at the newspaper article he was reading.  She had gone alone that night, killing the Arkham State Warden, freeing several of the inmates.  Payback for her years of service. Payback for locking up her Puddin’.

“Did I do good, or did I do good?” She asked, giggling hysterically again, as she had done that night, just as her mallet came to blow with the poor Warden’s head.  Her fingertips gently massaged his shoulders, eyes glancing over the black and white print in his hands.

Harley had been dragging her mallet along the floor behind him.  She stopped for a minute and sighed, pushing a falled blonde strand behind her ear. “Yeah...don’t I know it all too well, Buddy.” Her voice was quiet, low...completely unlike her usual bubbling self.

Pushing her wide framed glasses up her face, the blonde trudged through the streets of Gotham city, yearning not to draw attention to herself.  And thankfull...it was working.  She blended right in with the masses of people, and as of yet, no one had bat an eyelid as she wade through the bodies, every so often glancing over her shoulder.

Gripping the bars in front of her, the psychiatrist had managed to move him to an alternative cell, just so she could see him, without a small latch for a window. She missed him terribly. After following their plan, she had managed to escape unscathed but he...fortune was not in his favour.

Glancing around her for the wardens that were no where in sight, she leaned in closer. “You promised Puddin’...” Harley’s voice was sad, heck, she was on the brink of tears, she just wanted him back.

“I’ll get you out of here baby...I promise you. And we can go anywhere you like.”
