Can you do an opinion of hqstellar ?

( @hqstellar ) this theme? gorgeous. the admins? seem super sweet. i'm super into skeleton rps (or i used to be) and they were hard to find for a while. i really enjoy the main plot, it’s a cuter summer vibe and is scratching an itch i need to scratch i wish i could mentally handle tumblr rps... i dig the navi, it’s clean and easy to navigate and all the links are easy to navigate. 10/10. y’all are cute. i wanna join.

this is an opinion post for @hqstellar as requested by anonymous. please keep in mind that everything i have written below is my PERSONAL OPINION and intended to provide constructive criticism. if anyone is interested in this rp, they should check it out for themselves. my personal opinion can be found below the cut. 

first impressions

although i’m not a big fan of text on a dash icon, yours seem to work - the big ‘S’ is a really nice touch. although i didn’t know what your rp was about just by looking at your icon and url, i knew straight away as soon as i landed on your main page due to your page titled “stellar world tour” and the same words written on your sidebar. 

theme

i am such a BIG fan of this color palette! it’s soft, easy on the eyes, and does not distract from the content at all. the muse page is really well-organized and so easy to navigate. the link icons on the main are a little confusing just because they seem kind of random, so i have to hover over the icons to see what link it is. the color choice for your font is great, but i’m not too sure about the size - it’s a bit small, which looks neat, but kind of hard to read at times. 

graphics

i love that your graphics tie in with the theme and it’s all related to the plot. i appreciate the cohesiveness with your icons on the muse page as well. with that being said, i would love to see more graphics. there’s a lot of text but not enough graphics, especially when you go through all the different tabs, such as the plot, the guidelines, and the navigation. i just think that having more graphics to break apart some of the text will add to the whole aesthetics of your rp. 

plot

i am absolutely in love with your plot! as i mentioned to the anon who requested this opinion, i personally applied to this rp. you can just tell how much thought that was put into the plot, especially with the world tour mapped out and everything. i think my favorite part about your plot is how you get the “press” involved and incorporate plot drops this way. there is just so much room for both character and plot development!

overall/final suggestions

i really don’t have any final suggestions for you guys (apart from incorporating more graphics). this rp has huge potential to be a success and be around for a long time. i can’t wait to see what you guys have in store!
