Oriel, the King of Mondagne
Oriel is the sovereign liege of kings, patron of the royal court of men, an elven-blooded prince with golden skin and a shimmering bejeweled attire of blue and white. He is the god of nobility, kings, courts, order, hierarchies and regal might. Alongside Magnon and bad Sheor, he is one of the three Old Kings.
Aquetoche, the Dragon
Aquetoche is the invincible Time God of the Imperials, first introduced to High Rock by Empress Hestra in the time of the first empire. He is viewed variously as an aspect of Oriel, a companion and ally of Oriel, or even a being of a higher order than Oriel altogether. Where Oriel is the god of the nobility, Aquetoche is the god of the middle-classes that protects them from the temptations of the demons.
Kynaree, the Marshall
Kynaree is known in most of High Rock as Oriel’s Marshall and highest general. However, as a war-diety her worship is often forgone in favor of worshiping Reymon or Talos. Instead, where she is not worshiped for martial prowess, the bretons revere her as the falconer, the gardener and the huntress in line with imported imperial belief. She is also revered by sailors as the goddess of storm and wind, and some breto-nordics even see her as the head of the pantheon. She is variously seen as the wife Oriel or the former wife of the trickster, Sheor.
