He was hurt pretty bad, but that smug smirk was front and center. Dark eyes glanced up at the sky as she did her best to resuscitate him. He appreciated it, though he had a funny way of expressing it because the first thing he did once she had him back up on his feet was let out a hearty laugh.          ❝ I reckon I remember what was promised...                                  But even you’ve gotta admit that was one HELL of a blast aye? ❞

Renee gives a gentle smile -- a rare sight for her sometimes, but she’s found herself a bit more relaxed around the other woman. She seemed kind -- gentle -- and she knows that ... she’s safe.  Someone to trust. She can trust her to have her back in the games. She has proven herself many times.
