Jesus is the true & better Jacob. Both wrestled with God & God's will prevailed. I never really understood God's relationship with Jacob until I studied Genesis a few years ago (thank you, #BSFInternational). I began to see sooooo many similarities between Jacob & myself. One of them being wrestling with God. Long story short, I'm learning to submit to Christ's lordship BEFORE I end up with a broken hip!
