Notes: Writers block is killing me and omfg, i'm not sure what happened to this, so i'm super sorry dsjfhsd. 

"Memories, swarm to the brightest point visible within the midst of the darkness, like a shell of dust, rapidly dancing around a dying star".

Painfully intrusive, if not as equally as twisted whispers and stubborn taunts of siblings acting out against each other as they carelessly played up against all expectations towards the stereotypical presumptions of children; invasively claimed the very sanity of a once so painfully tranquil family home. Luna's brothers constantly at one another's throats as they boisterously polluted the air with incessant scraps of dominance and as only imaginable, her sisters were diabolical together when left to their own devices as they harmlessly squabbled over the most ridiculous of matters. Although, most unexpectedly the childish taunts and predictable mocks of each other, were nothing within comparison towards the haunting screams and merciless bellows of a dauntingly terrifying tone of authority which caused for the young brunettes spine to ache with sickening discomfort each time a stern syllable left the pale lips of her supposed father. Him, reduced to nothing but a sickeningly cruel man of whom never cowered from laying a spiteful hand upon his children within order to barbarously establish some type of barbaric authority among them, the peak of his intense rage never failing to fall, so tragically upon Luna's tormentingly frail shoulders. Almost as if she was merely destined to live a life of submissively accepting punishment, for crimes of which even she never recalled committing.

Yet unbeknownst to all, this argument was destined to be one of which in years to come would dramatically stir Luna from her lucid slumber as her haunting cries and terrifying memories of childhood, were the ones to strain so mercilessly from her lungs as her despair recklessly consumed her. Viciously prying upon her beneath a devastating haze of traumatizing torment, yet the type of torment which she knew more than anything, she could never share with another, because within hindsight  her unnervingly fake bravado and sickeningly confident exterior, was a mere illusion, yet no one cared to look past it. 

Each hauntingly stern gust of wind knocked mercilessly upon the window panes, as the incessant scrape and stomach twisting grind of twigs upon the glass only added towards the unforgivably eerie atmosphere, as a painfully young, sixteen year old Luna, remained securely positioned beneath the mattress of her mothers bed. The child, possessively hidden away from the haunting commotion in which dramatically engulfed the atmosphere of their dauntingly spacious surroundings. Her slender fingers remaining restlessly tangled within her mounds of thick, dark locks as she fought so strenuously, to ensure she muffled the sounds of each unforgiving hiss of torment as it sternly passed through her fathers dramatically locked jaw. The haunting sounds, twisting mercilessly through the slits within the vents, located dominantly throughout the house, which in no way resembled a home. 

The young girls heart had been palpitating raggedly within the restraints of her ribcage for what had seemed like hours, as her slender fingers sternly grasped at her skull within desperation to somewhat muffle the sounds of the dramatic commotion coming from the room located directly beneath her. Each stubborn tremble of fear and weakness, aching restlessly throughout her slender frame, accompanying every strenuous whimper and cry of her mothers in which so painfully seared through her hauntingly exposed senses, as the child remained vulnerably huddled within fetal position, beneath her mothers mattress for intensely craved comfort. 

No matter where one attempted to hide it was no secret to any that all, were forced to endure the haunting fate of such a heated establishment of dominance, between those of whom so selfishly vowed to protect the young lives of the Sullivan children. The blood was pulsating strenuously throughout her very being as each horrifyingly trapped scream of despair, caught restlessly within her feeble throat caused for her stomach to twist, with evident torment before finally a dramatic slamming of a front door was to be the unnervingly stubborn effect of which simultaneously pulled Luna from her horrifyingly traumatized daze as the man of whom she felt obliged to call her father, had granted her mother mercy by releasing her from his sickeningly cruel clutches as he refrained from adding physical abuse, along with the mental torture of which he so dexterously exposed Luna's mother too, as well as Luna herself.

Without hesitation, the barbarously coldhearted man stormed restlessly from the house as his unnervingly heavy boots, flicked merciless shards of dirt upon the staircase, dramatically highlighting his rapid exit, as an almost ironically deafening silence rapidly engulfed the entirety of their surroundings. Mere seconds passed as minutes and those minutes as haunting hours as nothing but the piercing shrieks and cries of her mothers, were to hauntingly invade the females senses. Though however much the young girl and her siblings, of whom were hidden within various positions in the house ached to run to their mother and comfort her in any way they could, she'd told them that no matter what they heard or who entered the house, they were not to move from their positions, until she and only her, came for them. Luna, remembering nothing but the dramatically heightened whimpers and whines, of which so mercilessly cascaded through the vents within the walls, until finally each stubborn whimper and wail of despair; was eventually replaced with the sickening crack of which heavily replicated a whip     yet, of course the haunting arrival of such a traumatizing sound, was no cracking of a whip. But the stubborn scraping of a stool of which was used to stand upon, before the young girls mother, took her finale leap of faith into the unknown, as without a seeming hint of regret, she'd taken her own life and with it, taken Luna's too. 

The days to follow, after the discovery of her mothers body, hanging lifelessly within the kitchen of the family home, were as only imaginable a haunting facade of unnerving devastation and heartbreaking despair, as despite all request, Luna stubbornly refused to leave her spot located beneath her mothers bed, acting solely upon the woman's instructions; naively awaiting her mothers return. Yet already, the very essence of her mother began to fade just as rapidly as it appeared, as the cologne of her fathers upon the satin sheets remained hauntingly etched into every last fiber; dominating the elegant scent, of a woman. The scent dramatically twisting her stomach as the sickening aroma stubbornly plucked and pulled upon each of her worn muscles. Maliciously twisting upon each organ as her larynx burned, with every dangerously forced rasp of breath. Despair had her stubbornly secured, within its sickening clutches as she so viciously fought to claw her way to its surface, aching to free herself from his torturous burden, yet her efforts remained to no avail. She was heartbroken, furious, vengeful and confused all at once as each sickeningly prominent emotion stung viciously throughout her hauntingly feeble frame. Yet of course she held no physical recollection of her mothers death, merely pain ridden memories, of her own, inner turmoil which understandably were to haunt her, every pitifully prolonged day.

The woman of whom so carelessly blessed a being so young with life, had cruelly snatched it from within her feeble grasp, leaving the girl nothing but a stubbornly forced goodbye and the fading stench, of the once so hauntingly familiar perfume of which had brought a life so young such comfort, but now, it brought her nothing but tragedy and the haunting reminder, of a liars promise.

Scarily Gentle | Aiden + Frizzy

Notes: This was Frizzy's and Aiden's task. It was in the works for a while now. 

Frizzy was curious by nature. Of course she was. She was of the Eschen-Brenner bloodline which meant curiosity was her downfall. With the preserve having been burned down recently, Frizzy was determined to figure out what the start of it was. She wasn't stupid enough to believe that it would be unguarded, but she couldn't help it. She grabbed a flashlight and her jacket and stepped out into the raining night with every intention of at least seeing if she could get anywhere. It was cold and wet and by the time she reached the preserve on her bike (after nearly crashing six or seven times), she was drenched to the bone and freezing. Frizzy was pleasantly surprised to see that there weren't any cops surrounding the area and she realized it was probably because there was only one or two on duty at any given moment. Well, at least she could explore a bit. So maybe she was stupid. She didn't rightly care. Frizzy clicked the flashlight on (even though it didn't do much help) and ducked under the police tape into the charred preserve.

Aiden was used to the crazy people in the forests running around at night in the middle of the rain, but that was usually crazy omegas, or stupid human males. He had never encountered a female before, and even from the distance between the two, he could tell it was a girl, just by her scent. He was confused though, he had smelled this scent before, but he didn't know where. When he heard the click of a flashlight go off, he began running towards the light, hoping to duck behind a tree, just to see who he was up against, because it definitely wasn't a hunter or a werewolf now, so it must be a human. As he continued running, he began to get closer and closer to the preserve, the place that had been burned down earlier today. Aiden shook his head, confused. "Why the fuck is there some random ass human girl in the middle of the damn burnt down preserve?" he questioned quietly to himself, before running closer to catch a glimpse. When he was finally close enough to see who it was, his eyes went closer to his eyebrows, which was pretty shocking, because they're already pretty close to them, when he saw the person that was there. It was that girl, Frizzy or something, that had been annoying the shit out of him for the last few days. He was brought out of his thoughts, by the sound of a twig breaking beneath his foot.

Frizzy wasn't quite sure what she was looking for; all she really knew was that she was looking for something. People kept asking her about the fire - what caused it, who caused it, why it was started, how it was started - and she was so tired of not being able to give answers. She didn't know and she wanted to find out. Did she really expect to find something that the authorities had missed? Maybe... There was no harm in looking or trying though... was there? Frizzy walked quietly through the preserve, a bit unnerved by how charred everything was and how dead everything smelled. Her light didn't do much to help her see through the night and she probably could have turned it off, but there was something about having the light that made her feel safe. Of course she knew that if something big bad and evil wanted to get her, a flashlight wouldn't do squat. Somewhere in the back of her mind she knew Stiles would be less than thrilled to know she was wandering around the preserve at night... but she pushed those thoughts away. Frizzy stepped over a fallen and crisp tree branch just as she heard a twig snap somewhere behind her. She whirled around, her flashlight casting a beam of not-helpful-light into the rain. "Hello?"

Aiden groaned silently. Fuck, fuck, fuck. Aiden, why are you such a fucking idiot? Were the only words going through the alpha's head as he jumped back behind a tree, only checking to see if she had heard anything, and sadly, she had. He knew that her flashlight was pointed to the tree about 10 meter's away from him, and he was fucked. He quickly jumped onto the tree, so he was now sitting on a branch, before jumping to another branch on the tree beside him. Fuck, fuck, FUCK! Were his only thoughts as he began to feel the branch begin to bend beneath him. He knew he had literally seconds before it was about to snap and he would be on the ground, in plain sight for Frizzy to see. He was trying to make this as easy as possible. He needed a beta, and if it didn't work, he wouldn't have to deal with her, because she'd be dead, but if it did, she would die in a little while anyways. Due to all the thinking, he hadn't noticed that the branch was beginning to split from the tree, so when he heard the last part begin to break off, he almost jumped right in time, almost. Just before grabbing onto the other tree, he lost his balance, falling to the wet, forest floor, completely open to the flashlights beams.

Frizzy took a step back instinctively. She wasn't really registering any type of fear, though she probably should have been. Werewolves existed, someone had a thing for fire, and people were dying - but nope. She wasn't feeling fear, just plain old curiosity as to what could possibly be stalking her at night.. in the woods. Frizzy looked around, leaning forward even though she had just stepped back, and as she was about to open her mouth to call out another greeting to what could potentially be her murderer - something big and bulky fell from the sky. She jumped back, her flashlight bobbing a bit in the dark, and tried to stop her racing heart. After she was officially calm enough to walk forward without shaking, Frizzy peered down at the form on the ground. "Aiden? What the french toast are you doing? Are you stalking me? This is not flattering..."

Aiden growled, leaping up and grabbing the flashlight from her hand quickly, and breaking it into two, so all you could see in the forest now was black, well, all she could see was black. "What the french toast am I doing? Really?" he giggled, before coughing to cover it up. "If anything, I would stalk like... fucking, Miranda Kerr or something, sorry, so no, I'm not stalking you," he replied, getting closer and closer to her, awaiting her to begin backing up. He could feel his feet sticking to the earth below him, which was normal for him, as that happened on every full moon. While slowly approaching her, he allowed his beta werewolf form to come out. So all you could see was the hair on the side of his face, his claws, and his red, vicious eyes. "What are little girls like you doing in the burnt down preserve so late at night?" he asked, sarcastically, his voice deeper due to the wolf in him.

Frizzy jumped when he grabbed the flashlight from her. "Hey!" She cried when he broke it. That wasn't even hers! It was Dean's! Great, now she would have to explain that someone broke his flashlight. How did he break his flashlight anyway? Something niggled in the back of her mind, something Stiles had said, but she couldn't remember what. Frizzy looked up at Aiden as he stepped closer to her. She hesitated in retreating, not wanting him to realize that she was starting to feel a little fear - but then eventually her instincts gave in and she started to back away from him as he drew closer. Her eyes widened slowly as he began to transform in front of her and that was when she remembered what Stiles said. Pug faced douchey evil Alpha. Werewolf. Frizzy licked her lips and shook her head, "Just.. uh.. looking for.. bugs.." She took another step back, slipping slightly in the mud.

Aiden giggled again at her cry of "Hey!" when he broke it. He could tell that she had just remembered something extremely important, because he noticed that her instincts had finally kicked in, and she was finally stepping backwards in fear. He could tell that his eyes were what freaked her out the most, and made her probably remember that he was a werewolf. "Bugs, eh? Perhaps not maybe... the hints at who burned down the preserve?" he questioned, getting closer and closer to her at every step. It would've been a lot more fun if Ethan had been here too. They could've gone into super alpha and bitten her together, but lately, Ethan had been getting really strange and distancing himself from Aiden, so he found it pointless to invite him. "You know what a beta is, right, Frizia?"

Frizzy would have made a comment about his giggle at any other moment - would have probably teased him about it mercilessly until he threatened to snap her neck (again), but there was something about this entire situation that had taken a very dangerous and very serious turn. Frizzy shook her head, shrugging slightly as she took another step back, "Nope. Just... bugs." Her foot caught on another fallen tree branch and she stumbled slightly, her breath hitching as she realized that she probably was going to die. In times of stress and trouble, Frizzy always was reduced to some... she didn't know how to describe it other than "babbling nerdy robot" so when he asked if she knew what a beta was, the first thing to come out of her mouth was; "It's the second letter of the Greek alphabet... in Greek numerals, it is the equivalent of 2. It's used in computing, mathematics, science, and - believe it or not - rock climbing. Are... are you interested in rock climbing, Aiden?"

Aiden growled. He was waiting for the comment about his giggles, and she wasn't even bothering to say anything, which just slightly bothered him. He tilted his head in a confused manner, confused as to what in the world she was talking about. "Uh... No," he bluntly replied, confused at what the hell she was talking about. "Rock climbing is alright, but do you know what's better? Beta werewolves..." he said, scratching a little trail down her throat with his claws. "Do you know what a beta werewolf is, Frizia?" he quietly questioned, pushing her up against the tree and sticking his nose against his throat, sniffing her a bit, trying to find where the best place to bite her would be.

Frizzy actually let out a whimper when he had her against the tree. Her eyes shut and her hands starting to shake. "Y-yes... I do... B-but..." Frizzy clenched her hands into fists, trying to keep the shaking to a minimum, "I'm gu-guessing you don't want a lesson on them?" She tried to keep tears from forming, but the fact that she was pinned to a tree by a werewolf who was most definitely going to either kill her - or with the way he was talking - attempt to turn her, it really couldn't be helped. Funnily enough, she was more stubbornly trying to hold in her tears because she didn't want Aiden - of all people - to see her cry. He'd get so much joy from it.

Aiden grinned at her whimper, his fangs emitting from his gums, allowing them to lightly scratch against her neck. "Oh, you do? Good," he replied, before giggling again at her stuttering. "Oh, I'd love one. Please, give it to me." he said, curiously leaning away a bit, only to notice a small, glistening tear on her cheek. He brushed his finger against her cheek, gently wiping it away with his claw. "Why are you crying?" he asked, gently, attempting to be as nice as he could be with fangs and red as fuck eyes. "It's not like I'm going to kill you, unless you're a kanima, then you'd be fucked, so you may want to tell me now if you're a lizard or not...But don't cry.... I'm not going to hurt you," he said, attempting to sound as convincing as possible.

Frizzy tensed up as she felt fangs scratch against her neck and bit down on her lip hard enough that it might start bleeding if she didn't stop herself. There was the giggle again. If she lived through this, she wouldn't ever let him live it down. "N-no... that's... okay. I think you could probably sc-school me on it anyway..." Frizzy felt the tear fall down her cheek and she hated herself for it. His gentle touch to brush it away caused her to jump slightly and she opened her eyes to look at him. His eyes terrified her to the core and she knew that even if she would attempt to run away, she wouldn't be able to - she was paralyzed in fright. "I'm... a kanima? No. I'm not some giant lizard thing," she found her voice again, sounding a little bit more like herself for a brief second until the memory of Stiles and her discussing them flashed in her mind. Then everything inside her shook again. "You are going to hurt me..." her voice came out in a whisper.

Aiden shook his head sadly. "I'm sure I wouldn't. You're very smart, Frizzy. Why don't you tell me what you know?" he said, running his finger down her cheek, after having gotten rid of his claws. Aiden shook his head again, allowing his bright red eyes to disappear so she wasn't completely frightened. "That's good, because you'd be screwed then," he murmured, attempting to sound somewhat kind saying that. Aiden once again shook his head, confused. "Now, why do you think that, Frizzy? I've never done a damn thing to you, before!" he exclaimed, slightly offended at the fact that she was jumping to conclusions, that were true, but weren't true at the same time.

Frizzy blinked in slight confusion as she looked at him. She wasn't sure which was more unnerving... the fact that she was trapped against a tree by a werewolf, or the fact that he was being gentle. "Betas are second to Alphas in a pack. Some... some lore says that a Beta has no will of its own, that it can only do what the Alpha commands it to and that it has no control over when it shifts. Some lore calls it a curse that can only be broken by the Alpha's death," oddly enough talking mindlessly about something she knew backward and forward was calming her. Frizzy wasn't going to let her guard down, she couldn't. Once again, she blinked in shock at the slightly offended tone of voice he used, "No... you haven't. But... you do have me cornered against a tree..."

Aiden shook his head sadly. "You don't know as much as I thought then," he murmured, before backing away a bit to allow her to breath somewhat. She blinked right back at her, his face strangling back into an offended face as he looked at the blonde in front of him. "Well, I could have you cornered right near a den of blood-lusting, hungry, werewolves, so if we're being honest here, I'm pretty sure being cornered against a tree is better than a lot of things," he barked, the snark emitting from the werewolves mouth. He once again pushed her back up into the tree and allowed his fangs to come from his gums again. He stuck his nose against her neck again, as his fangs got closer and closer to the place where he was going to bite her. "I can promise that this will only hurt for well... a little while."

Frizzy suppressed an eye roll. "I didn't say that was all I knew," She tried to keep the snap from her voice because the danger was still very real; but if it was one thing she couldn't stand it was someone telling her that she didn't know much. She knew a damn lot. There wasn't much else she was good at. Frizzy looked at him as he backed away just enough to give her room to breathe. She took a deep breath, trying to steady her nerves, which was almost impossible seeing as she was pushed back against the tree moments after. Frizzy let out a low hiss of pain and squirmed a bit involuntarily at first before it grew into completely voluntary squirming. "Aiden... please don't? Please?" She hated it, the sound of her begging. She hated the way it made her sound weak. Tears were forming again and she squirmed a bit harder - knowing it was useless.

Aiden growled out, flicking the side of her neck lightly. "Don't snap at me, little girl," he barked the order at her, before pushing her harder up against the tree so she wouldn't have any space to wiggle around anymore. He could hear her heartbeat pick up in fear, and the sound of her blood beginning to spread through her body faster, possibly making some places numb. With a quick breath, his teeth were latched onto her neck, biting down slowly, he allowed his werewolves taste buds to savor the taste of her blood, before pulling away to look at his, hopefully, soon to be beta. "You'll need a lot of training, but I think it'll work," he murmured, before slowly backing up from her, waiting to see if she'll fall, or run.

Frizzy winced at the pain from being pushed against the tree. The tears fell freely but she had been able to keep them reasonable until she felt him bite her. Frizzy cried out in pain and forced herself to stay still otherwise she knew it would be worse. It became harder to tell if she was crying out of fear or pain, both were excruciating, both were numbing. When he released her, Frizzy's hand went to her neck. She knew she should turn and run, but even if she could get her legs to work for running, she couldn't possibly bike home in this state. Instead she sank to the muddy forest floor and sobbed, holding her neck. Slowly she lifted her gaze to look up at Aiden; she could barely make him out through the tears in her eyes.

Aiden groaned when he saw the tears freely falling from the blondes eyes in front of him. It was like her baby blue eyes were practically swimming in them, and it somewhat made it feel like someone was squeezing his hard heart enough for it to break. Even though he only bit her for power, he felt like somewhat of a mentor, an older brother of some sort to his betas, and unfortunately, older brothers didn't like to see sisters crying, but at the moment, he shoved those thoughts out of his head and walked slowly towards her. "Why are you crying?" he questioned, confused. She was going to have a perfect live from here on out. She would have power that not many people had, friends, nice clothes, a pretty damn good alpha, and the inside scoop on pretty much everything supernatural. Who wouldn't love that? He thought to himself, once again confused. "Your life is going to be perfect from now on, there's no point in crying," he muttered, before bending his hand down, indicating that he wanted her to grab it. "Come on, I have to get you home before the sheriff sends out a search party, you'll ride home with me, then I'll have someone bring your bike over later," he said, slowly, spacing out the words so she would understand them in her state of mind.

Frizzy shook her head at his question. She didn't want to admit she was crying, much less explain why she was. If she could even do that. Frizzy wiped at her face with the hand that wasn't covering her neck as she listened to him tell her life was going to be perfect. Her blue eyes hardened a little at that statement. Who was he to decide that her life wasn't perfect before? She tried to muster up enough energy or anger to say something to him, to actually be a little mean, but she couldn't. Even the thought of opening her mouth made her want to pass out from sheer exhaustion. Frizzy looked at his extended hand and after a long hesitation, she took it. She pulled herself to her feet with his help and took a slow breath. When she spoke, her voice was slightly slurred but the defiance in it was evident; "If my bike... ends up mangled... It'll be your head, Aiden..."

Aiden decided to let it go that she didn't bother to tell him why she was crying, but instead just allowed her to grab his hand, while he helped her pull herself up. Aiden shook his head, letting out a small little giggle. "Your bike, really? That's all you care about right now? Really?" he shook his head, before beginning to drag her along to his motorcycle that was parked right on the road on the outside of the woods on the other side. He continued to drag her along towards his motorcycle. It took them a few minutes, but eventually they arrived at the bike, after a few sniffles and stops. "Grab the helmet, because you're the only one wearing it," he let go of her hand, before swinging one of his legs over the bike, so he was now straddling it. "You have 30 seconds to get on, otherwise I'm leaving you here,"

Frizzy looked at him when he giggled again. She shook her head slightly and allowed him to drag her to his bike. With a soft sigh, she took the helmet and before she put it on her head, Frizzy gave him a look; "You've giggled four times now, do that enough and people might start to think you're adorable..." Her head swam slightly and she placed the helmet over her head before swinging her leg over the bike and settling behind him, her arms wrapping around his waist and holding on tight.

Aiden laughed quietly to himself. "I turn into a giant monster with my brother, no one will ever think that I'm adorable," he chuckled, awaiting the feeling of her hands on his waist. After about 20 seconds, he felt them there, which meant that she was now on the bike, so he could drive. He pressed on the gears and allowed the bike to begin its journey to the blondes house. He had made himself acquainted with all the houses in the town and who lived there, so he vaguely knew where her house was, but not exactly. He would probably just drop her off at the end of the street or something so it didn't look suspicious. He didn't notice that he had already gotten closer and closer to the street. He knew it would be useless to stop at the end of the street, so he quickly stopped close to the curb and turned off the bike. "Point me to your house, I don't know exactly where it is, and I'm not in the mood to be a dick right now and leave you at the end of the street like a hooker,"

Frizzy smiled despite herself and closed her eyes. Soon she felt the bike move beneath them and any other time she might have opened her eyes, but currently she didn't think she could handle it. Tonight had turned out to be exactly what she had been trying to avoid and yet actively seek at the same time. Frizzy knew this was bad, even if Aiden insisted it was a good thing - something that would give her the perfect life. She knew it wasn't going to be easy and she also knew that she was probably going to change - in more ways than one - and she wasn't happy about that. Frizzy opened her eyes when the bike came to a stop and she looked around, vaguely noting her street, "Mm.. the one with uh... cheese and fries - it's the one with all the weird stuff in the yard," Frizzy leaned around to look past him and then pointed to her house, "I can walk though. It's not that far." Even as she said it, she made no move to get off the bike.

Aiden waved off her reply about walking back to the house, before he started up the bike again and began to slowly drive to the house that she was talking about. When he finally found the house she was talking about, he pulled the bike up beside the front lawn and stopped right beside it. He pulled the keys out of the bike and stood up, pushing out his hand for her to grab. "Come find me tomorrow, or whenever that bite heals, please."

Frizzy whispered a thank you when he didn't make her walk even though she had offered or even semi-insisted. They reached her lawn and Frizzy took his hand again, climbing off the bike. As she pulled the helmet off, Aiden asked her -nicely- to find him tomorrow. She raised her eyebrows and then nodded once, "Okay... Yeah..." Once he had his helmet, Frizzy headed to her front door - pausing only to look over her shoulder at him once more before ducking inside her house and racing upstairs to look at herself.
