man, everyone has been laughing at me from not knowing the troll situation and have all been going along with my human CG thing. so rifp, i have been fooled by not just homestuck but by you all. i guess not being spoiled for near 20 years of my life has its perks, considering i had no fucking clue what it was about and just that it was... a thing? which is great in hindsight but i am getting whiplash from the plot twists.

oh man, well i know for a fact that i wont get this right since there doesn’t seem to really be a... theme? for the lands? concerning the kids, that is. as in a theme of what theyre going to get. you’d expect “land of cthulhu and wizards” for rose, or “land of jesters and shitty movies” for john, is what im trynna say.
however, if you look at the two we have -- land of wind and shade/land of light and rain -- there seems to be a sort of pattern for both the planet’s name. considering wind/rain sort of correlate together as uhh... weather forecasts or smth, while shade/light are .... sort of... color theories in a way
so with that, if it continues on this pattern, for the first connection it can be maybe “dark”, “tint”, “tone”, “hue” or perhaps even an actual color like “red”, “blue” ect... and the weather portion (lmfao, idk how else to word it) could be “sun”, “clouds”, “snow”, “fog", ect to describe the land in itself
anyways, that’s my take on how its delivered
but to actually answer your question, with this added theory, “land of sun and hue” sounds fucking pretty for jade but idk about dave bc he’s hard to think for. however “land of fog and darkness” sounds emo and even if it is not fitting dave, i just wanted to put that somewhere. (that being said you don’t exactly picture grudgey rose with smth like “light” so emo land can work for the ironic dave strider)
if me comparing CG to bakugou is annoying you lot, i hope you realize that only fuels me more in continuing to do so
