@psirened bastien tapped his pencil against his notebook slowly already feeling bored with his school work. he never was the best student. it wasn't that he didn't understand the subject but rather he was lazy. he could get buy with minimal effort so he would. especially if it wasn't something interesting. and this project was just that to him. his partner on the other hand - he was much more interesting. bastien hadn't objected when their teacher assigned him to work with quin. he got it - he was the only one in the class who was fluent in french. he could speak to quin with the most ease. he thought maybe they'd become friends but he didn't expect him to start feeling the way he did. bastien never felt like this towards another guy before. he thought his feelings of attraction were reserved only for women, something quin was not. but here he was unable to stop thinking about how pretty quin was. part of him thought this should freak him out more but it didn't. all he wanted to do was get to know quin more. get closer to him. he didn't want to run away from these feelings but rather embrace them. so what if they were both guys? he liked quin so when he had the opportunity to do another assignment with quin he easily accepted it just wanting to spend more time with him. "quin?" bastien asked setting his pencil down on his notebook. "do you actually enjoy geography? or are you just good at studying?"
