Well I got my marks but the important thing is I have my health
My HSC marks come out tomorrow and if you all could join in prayer for that would be gr9 thank you friends. (Pray for me) (Pray really really hard)
For the past week my thoughts have been "It doesn't matter if I get a bad ATAR. If that happens, I'll spend the next year working hard and a bit later on, traveling. I'll enjoy a life free from learning at an institution and instead work and save my money and answer only for myself, learning about the world and having all the adventures I've ever wanted to have. CARPE DIEM." and I was feeling very philosophical about it and envisioning how grans lie would be if I didn't attend university next year but now I'm back to being cripplingly anxious about it and now I can't sleep oops
So that Hamlet question was a huge crock of shit amirite
Dear year 12 students of 2013, Can you please stop burning your notes and exam booklets? Do you know why? BECAUSE WE'RE EXPERIENCING MESSED UP WEATHER WITH HOT WIND AND RIDICULOUS HEAT. So please, don't set your stuff on fire. You might be THE CAUSE of a bush fire.
So at 9:45 on the eve of paper 2 I finally, finally grasp what module B is actually about.. Why, after 3 months of learning it, why now.. yolo
To all my fellow HSC buddies, goodluck today! Go in, do your best, and walk out with your head held high. In no way, matter or form does the ATAR define who you are as a person. It does not measure your worth or being. I’m so proud of you, what you’ve achieved this past year, how hard you’ve worked, and all the shit and tough times you’ve had to deal with in the process. You are kind, you are smart, you are important, and I believe in every ounce of your being. Regardless of a 99.95 or a 55.40, you are much more intricate and beautiful than a mundane number. Goodluck my darlings, just do your best and remember to smile. Just imagine yourself walking out on your last day, and keep smiling because you deserve to be happy at a time like this. Goodluck and it will all be okay xxx
Hey lovelies of the HSC tag,
I wish you guys a huge good luck for tomorrow and a productive revision/study day today. In the exam, remember, ANSWER THE QUESTION. Even if your writing is not up to the level of sophistication, at least the marker can see you are engaging with the question and thinking about it.
All you have to do is trust and believe in yourself. Stay cool and remember to breath.
