this ambiguity and mismanagement of HSQH is simply put disrespectful and disregarding for fans as consumers , people are not merely fans they have lives and putting your money for a service that is not well served well its shitty and will withhold anymore trust basically.
at least keep people updated and informed, and it's not really the first time people see this maladministration from HSQH, and its with a cost for fans, people work to having money, maybe they compromised their spending to afford tickets or merch. if they asked for refending they should absolutey get it, if they asked for clarification it should be given by default.
plus, idk why but can anyone in his Team or harry himself realize the health risk and the absolute insanity of having a Tour in this pandemic, people are asking for basic communiction and seeing the chaotic situation right now, people deserve an apology as well and yes Harry should rebuild some connection with fans as @aliensyndrome well said, and some people should genuinely stop seperating Harry from HSQH and act as if he is oblivion or having zero saying on things, trust me he is not a jeff's marionnette actually jeff works for harry not the opposite
