MOVE ME \\ @hyld and I looked at each other - we did not have to say anything we just turned around and flanked @ursularaton on her warm up run at the foot of the mountain. We ended in sync back at the start line. Looked at the two others - the friendship!. Looked at the whole team - everyone travelled a long way to be here together - so humbled!. Minutes to go - Music took over and just and as surprisingly as it came the tension passed because we just instantly started dancing under the start sign. Everyone joined - and Clemence ran the most beautiful start to our Hood to Coast. #TBT #HTC14 #HTC14VOLTWOMEN #VOLTWOMEN #DIY

#ONTRACK \\ There were busses filled with people going for the guided tour of Haywardfield to recap the Bowerman era - the anecdotes. As we put our feet on the track we started running. Clemence throw her shoes - we set of "Stop! Let's all run a lap" the guide shouted to the +hundred people. "GO!" No one ran but a group of volt women. And so we did a lap on the epic track.
