You do not have to be a participant in this year's Funk to join! We welcome all lovers of HTF and Hawke/Varric to disco with us

As we near the end of Sign-Ups, we wanted to gauge the community's interest in a Discord server for Hightown Funk. Some have expressed interest in the past, but we wanted to know if that interest still persists to make a discord worth pursuing!

We are happy to have a server dedicated to HTF fans and participants, but there will be 2 very strictly observed rules (aside from the general discord rules):

1. No talking about HTF assignments. After assignments are given out and before works are revealed, do not share any specifics that might reveal whose request you are fulfilling as that will spoil the surprise.

2. Leave feedback in Ao3 comments. This doesn't mean you cannot gush about works that have been revealed in the server or in DMs, but please, please, do not keep your praise in the discord! Each participant works very hard on their offerings and they deserve to receive lots of comments, kudos, and other feedback on Ao3. It is likely that not all participants will join the Discord server, so don't keep your love of their work a secret!
