A few HTML tricks for mobile
If you're stuck on mobile, you can still make your text posts or submission posts look good.
Here are a few HTML tricks.
If you want to make spaces between paragraphs in your post, you can use the HTML paragraph tag. To use it, you just place a “<p>” at the front of the paragraph and a “</p>” at the end of the paragraph. If you do this on all of your paragraphs they will be nicely spaced apart. (Note: I’m using quotes so that the tags will actually show, don’t put them in your text!)
The / is very important, it denotes that you’re ending the tag.
If you get a submission and want to use a blockquote to indent the sender's comments from your own, you can use the blockquote tag. To use it, place “<blockquote>” at the beginning of the text you want to indent and then ”</blockquote>” at the end of the text.
If you want your blockquote text to be nicely spaced from your text you can add the paragraph tag too. For example:
“<blockquote><p>”Submitter’s Text”</blockquote></p>
“<p>Your Added Text</p>”
