my flatmate got hacked on instagram and it was so stupidly funny 😭😭 the hacker posted in her story + sent a message to all friends being like can anybody send me £80 😩😩 stupid hotel fine… if you send it now i’ll pay you back + £20 xx which is like so not credible but some people still called her saying they almost did it and i was like ????? how gullible do you have to be to believe this 😭😭

very different but that reminds me of that time in my gender and culture class when we were talking about masculinity and marginalization (how men who don’t adhere to ‘traditional’ masculinity are marginalized) and this one guy who’s the only guy in the class said that he was marginalized for being the only man and i was like ……. babes i don’t think that’s what we’re trying to say here

marginalized for being the only man 💀 it's the way he has more privilege than (probably) most people in the room just because he's a man

and he could even be part of the marginalized population idk but if he isn't, then he's just blatantly ignoring the struggles of marginalized men (such as trans men) to play victim :/
