Guo Jing is too attractive for his own good! He’s got THREE WOMEN on the line and it’s not even his fault...

1. Thinks of her as a sister, doesn’t realize that she loves him (and as soon as he *does* realize it is upfront about the whole ‘love you like a sister not a wife’ thing). But her very powerful father and his mother agree they should be engaged and how do you say ‘no’ to Ghengis Khan?

2. She likes him, he likes her, this should be obvious, right? Even if she is rather spoiled and easily jealous, she’s still pretty awesome and carries all the braincells for this couple. He’s got the actual moral sense, so this mostly works out. Of course, all of his guardian figures absolutely hate her father and by association her and keep trying to pull them apart, so...

3. She’s and in love with someone else, he’s in love with someone else (see #2), but it was her fathers dying wish that she marry him and one of his guardian figures swears he will make sure this happens (without consulting THEM or knowing about #1). Since again, all his other guardian figures hate girl #2 and respect the dead dad, they’re also on board with this, doubled by the fact they don’t want to him to go back to Mongolia when he could be fighting for the Han people!

Poor Guo Jing... he doesn’t deserve all this.... just let him go relax and forget about the whole ‘revenge for your dead father thing’....
