Another candidate for revival is this expansive 2-story apartment building in southwest Detroit. Built in the early 1900s, the neoclassical building is located at the northwest corner of West Grand Boulevard and Porter Street. The sheer size of the structure makes it noticeable from great distance, largely due to the massive Ionic columns that front both WGB and Porter.
