Morning workout... This is what it looks like trying to workout as a mother of 4. The twins insisted on working out with mummy so they took turns. I've got my lil girls in the background playing with twin 2. Mama has got to be active and get her body back so I have to come up with ways to make it work. Baby carrier is a life saver. I need to invest in a twin carrier. I worked out with weights and baby was an added weight which even made me push harder. I still haven't fully got my pre baby strength but am getting there. I had to modify some moves to accommodate my babies but trust me even the modified moves seemed quite hard. I pushed my way through. I am on a mission to get my thighs toned again and my abs six-packed 😱🙈. Just to say Mamas we can do this. Pregnant or not pregnant. Be consistent, be determined, stay focused, stay healthy, stay fit and dress smart. 'I wish above all things that you prosper and be in good health'- that's what my favourite book says.
