Happy Fridayyyyyyy...I think Friday is actually my best day lol. I did it.. like the song says don’t stop. I went away to see my sis amd I Came back so bloated as I overindulged. I got on my detox plan , lost the bloat and 5lbs lighter in 3days even with a banana bread thrown into the mix 😜. Weekends are great but also that one time when we tend to undo our week long hard work when it comes to our health and fitness. Yes I also indulge too, sometimes I go overboard and at other times I stay strong. Just to remind you, don’t stop eating clean, don’t stop moving your body, stay true to the cause and let’s continue to have body, mind and soul popping . Oh I love it when I sweat so yes that’s sweat, I didn’t pee on myself 😂😂😂, ask my kiddos 🤣🤣.
