Split-complementary colors and depth of field
My art prof wanted us to draw an animal while demonstrating depth of field, so while everyone was scrolling through Google Images and trying to figure out what sort of animal to draw, I immediately pulled up several pictures of my baby Tina. There were so many challenges with this project: finding a nice picture of Tina (she’s not very photogenic and can’t stay still), a very limited color selection (we were limited to only three split-complementary colors), and finishing this painting before heading to SF for Thanksgiving. Pictures from my Thanksgiving travels will be in a separate post!
Hope you all had a nice Thanksgiving! And if you didn’t celebrate, I hope you had a relaxing weekend.

06.22.17 || i really like this autumn aesthetic even though it’s summer haha. i’m starting to study algebra 2 today! so lots more posts to come.
i still find the fact that this was marked as sensitive content so funny!!
So I just wanted to talk about how I get organised with my pin board
It’s such a key part of my organisation It hangs above my desk It’s mostly full of motivation and little happy things but there’s also a little chart that I tick off to make sure I’m up to date with my notes and studying
will you continue to post stuff (on all your social media sites) when you get into college? or are you going to wait until you experience how busy you are and then decide?
I definitely plan to keep posting in college, but the volume might decrease depending on how busy I am.
Eating mac and cheese and stressing over tests today
This is my first picture post that I took so whoop i’m doing stuff, yay me
Notes from science
It’s not aesthetic or anything but notes are for studying so well ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
