The Hound and Tigress, aka David Willows and Judith Harris
Inspiration to draw had struck me once again! (Finally!)
I’ve been meaning to draw these two for the LONGEST and finally found the energy to find a funny and cute pose and actually draw it.
In this picture, David is giving Judith a piggyback ride because she’s sleepy and isn’t in the mood to try to speedwalk alongside him back to the Hufflepuff Common Room. I also drew them in outfits outside their class robes and I think it suits them well. I also attempted to draw the new hairstyle the game gave us recently, and I really love how it looks on Judith.
I’ve been talking to @that-scouse-wizard for weeks, developing the relationship of these two (I’ve included David in a few of my previous stories like “Kiss The Girl, Winger”, “Blast From the Past”, and “My Bride: Part 1″) and David is basically Judith’s best friend and brother (outside of blood, of course).
Their nicknames are “Hound” and “Tiger” (I changed it to Tigress because Judith is a female so that would make more sense, don’t kill me JD) on the Quidditch Pitch. They’re Hufflepuff’s star Beaters, both mentees of Erika Rath (who grew fond of the pair).
"Watch out unless you want the Hound to chase you into the Tigress's claws."
They’re the pair younger Hufflepuffs would admire and look up to and older Hufflepuffs would grow to respect.
Just recently, JD and I were discussing the height difference of our characters (and their love interests).
Turns out Judith is the shortest.
Her height doesn’t bother her, unless someone wants to be funny and purposely hold something over her head. At that point, she’ll try to take out their kneecaps or ankles to get it.
David finds her height cute and pokes fun at her by calling her “Little Tigress”. He’s allowed to get away with it, all Judith will do is give a retort with no real heat behind it.
Thus, this art piece was born.
I love these two dorks.
I hope you guys like it! Especially you, @that-scouse-wizard
