I think this is (by far) the best book I've read this year. 💯👌🏽 Indeed, most of us (count me in. hehehe..) still live by the thought, "The Customer is always right". Well, somehow, most of our complaints as customers, have big impacts in whatever establishments we're complaining about. How? They take our complaints really serious, and they use it not just for motivation, but also for improvements. I understand that, for us customers, we want the best services and the best quality on whatever things or place we spend our money.. but I also understand that most companies, whether startup or established can't accommodate all our complaints. Anyhow, I recommend this book to all the aspiring entrepreneurs. This could help you figure out the best way to deal with your customer's complaints.
