Well...you’re not wrong.
So my dad joined a golf group that he’s been really excited about where they play golf old style, like I mean early 1900s old style with the knickers and the hats and the wooden clubs and the weird balls and the old rules, Bobby Jones style. Which is super cool and fun and I’m excited for him and it’s amusing to see him in his outfit.
And then today I realized: this is like LARP for golf.
So I’m reading Captain Marvel comics and Lt. Trouble (this little girl who is Carol’s “sidekick” so to speak) gets in trouble with her mom, right. Who proceeds to call her by her full name: Katherine Ann Renner. And I flip out because I’m like, she’s related to Hawkeye?!
before abruptly going, no. No, she is not. Renner’s the actor. Calm down, me.
