Is it odd that when I'm waiting outside, I keep track of stuff around me that you could probably lift? Granted, that ends up being a lot of stuff, because you're ripped as hell, but still.

Any tips for workouts that prioritize muscle growth? I'm also doing cardio so I don't lose out on flexibility.

Nothing you couldn’t get with a Google search. Lift heavy weights, slowly, until you can’t lift them anymore. If you get more than about 12 reps in your last set, increase the weight. Wear safety gear so your everything doesn’t explode.
