This is inspired by some retired Dream fics I've read where Dream, upon becoming human, is surprised to find that this new body grows hair in a lot of unexpected places. So if you take that idea to its logical (and horny) conclusion, this means that Dream is finally going through puberty at the age of 13 billion.
