It was observed this Nihilego can have a human kind of form. She behaves like a young girl, wanting to play and gets bored by boring stuff. So to do tests, treats and rewards must be provided to convince her to participate in them.
She was allowed to go outside with the promise to not feed off of humans and Pokémon out there. She was awed by the tropic place, wanting to explore around. Maybe meet new friends.
