I'm going to submit human Jackie to the unknowable, unobtainable nostalgia of summer as a child.

Frogs and crickets in the night, the last days of school turning in borrowed library books, forest adventures with friends, plenty of late nights with TV, trips down to the corner store on cloudy days, going swimming in the lake, trips to the town library, it changes each year as she grows, but, there's always a constant.
