How goes life? And also ur writing?

Life is going pretty okay! I start training for a volunteer position tomorrow that I’m nervous about — but I’m hoping that it’ll give me some experience and some valuable networking opportunities, even if it’s not a paid position! The fact that it’s not a paid position also takes some pressure off my shoulders, and I’m hoping that it’ll all go okay.

Aside from some drabbles here and there, I haven’t done any substantial writing lately, but I’ve been slowly but surely forming the foundation of my Nano project that I’m excited about! The thing that’s tripping me up the most right now is creating my main character, but I think that once that’s settled things will go really smoothly.

Hermes- Do you like traveling? Where is one place you want to travel to?

It really depends on who I’m with. I don’t love travelling alone or with a big group, but one or two trusted friends is amazing. I’ve always wanted to visit Japan, specifically Kyoto Prefecture.

I don’t really pay attention to tropes. Like you could as me to give an example of what a trope is and I might be able to tell you “found family” but otherwise I’m clueless about them and I don’t really think about them in my writing!

The opening of The Romantic Trials and Troubles of Daisy Fraisier

I was twenty years old when I fell in love for the first time.

I had no other word for the feeling when I caught sight of my new table at Pip’s Pizza Party, a place that was more arcade than pizzeria, catering not to screaming children making my want to pull my hair out, but hot, goofy groups of 20-somethings looking to have some childhood fun in the arcade after getting out of class at the college campus across the street.

Planets and Pluto for the space ask game XD

Planets: If you could go anywhere, where would you go?

Basic bitch answer, but Japan. I’ve never gotten to go, and would love to tour all the historical sites.

Pluto: If you could meet anyone, alive or dead, who would you meet?

Kind of a sad answer, but my great grandpa. My grandpa was one of the best people I ever knew, and always spoke so fondly of him. I would’ve loved to meet the man who raised such a genuinely great guy.
